Spent Christmas at a well-priced stay in the heart of Fort Kochi. The location of this hotel is great as it is within walking distance to everything, yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The rooms were nicely designed, well-decorated, and spacious. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel offered clean and nice-looking facilities.
The staff was too young and inexperienced. The hotel lacks security for single female travelers with no female staff on the property.

The staff was cute and always ready to help with any inquiries. The room was spacious and well-maintained - it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance of everything I needed without being in the noisy and busy part of the city.

The hotel was well decorated and had a very good location, with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. the staff were very nice and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the rooms were kept clean and tidy, which was always appreciated. the breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. the price was really affordable, which was a great advantage for our city trip.
We were a bit concerned with the lack of experienced staff on site. All the staff seemed to be young males in their early 20s, which made us worry about the safety of solo female travellers.

The hotel is conveniently situated within short walking distance of popular attractions. One can easily explore the city. Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. Bathrooms are decently maintained. Breakfast is not exceptional but passable. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.
The lack of experienced and mature staff, particularly in dealing with inconsiderate neighboring guests who disturb the peace, is disappointing.
